The original award of $105 million from the Osteopathic Heritage Foundation, Vision 2020, began distribution in FY 2012 and continues today as Accelerating Impact through FY 2026.
- From 2012-2021, $74,542,819 was received and utilized. Of that, $54,058,744 was expensed, $2,775,000 went to scholarships and $17,709,074 was endowed.
- The FY 2021 award distribution totaled $6.4 million, which included $712,073 allocated to endowments.

The 2011 award of $105 million from the Osteopathic Heritage Foundation, Vision 2020: Leading the Transformation of Primary Care in Ohio (now known as Accelerating Impact: Medical Student Debt Relief and Research Innovation), was the catalyst for immense, deep-reaching change and progress throughout our college. Many initiatives that receive direct support from this award are highlighted in this report.
