Dublin Campus Dean Commencement Message

My colleagues,

It seems like yesterday, not four years ago, that you stepped onto our campus as eager, anxious osteopathic medical students. Through your individual and group efforts, and with the full support of your faculty and staff, you successfully navigated the Pathways to Health and Wellness Curriculum from the classroom to your clinical rotations in and around central Ohio.

We have laughed and cried together, witnessed marriages, rejoiced in the birth of children and supported each other both in and outside of the classroom. We have developed relationships and friendships that will span the remainder of our professional careers and lives.

Each one of you has played an integral role in the life of our campus. You have served as role models for the classes behind you, and you have given back to our community through our many student clubs and organizations. Your passion and dedication have made an indelible mark on my life and the lives of your Dublin campus faculty and staff.

We are incredibly excited to see what you will do in the future, especially with many of you staying in central Ohio for the next step in your journey. I encourage you to navigate the days ahead with an open mind and quiet confidence, knowing that your training has prepared you well for this moment in time … and for the many other opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
